Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please call immediately. The rules are different for individual products and complete simulator builds.

Individual Products - If the product has not yet shipped you may cancel, please call to find out. If product has already shipped then you may return according to our returns policy.

Complete Simulators - Made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled. However, if build has not started then you may cancel, please call to find out.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Individual Products - Normally 1-3 business days.

Complete Simulators - Our aim is to deliver the complete build within 2 weeks.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please see the Returns Policy for more information.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
